This Friday saw the launch of Skerryvore’s new album at Glasgow's O2 ABC and I was given the opportunity to photograph it. It was cold and rainy outside but inside it felt like a sauna and the temperature only seemed to rise as the evening progressed. The beautiful and ridiculously talented Jill Jackson kicked off the proceedings (the one support act you really, really don't want to miss) with an enthusiastically received 30-minute set and then it was time for the boys. I have to admit, I'd never seen Skerryvore in concert before and I wasn't sure what to expect but they absolutely tore the place apart. They were also a real joy to photograph live and the whole night was a blast!

Remember that pile of paper work I mentioned previously? It's still here, untouched, staring at me...
