All Made Up

Yes, it's been rather quiet here. What can I say? Sometimes life takes over - working and shooting a lot, moving house, waiting for over a month to get internet connected in my new place, etc... All of these factors (and a few more) contributed to the lack of activity on here. And then, once you're back up and running, where do you start with all this backlog? Anyways, I'll start with a shoot for Louise Dyet Make Up Artist. Over the past year or so I've been doing a lot of work for Hotpants Media. It's been a collaboration that always brings interesting work my way and it's them who asked me to do this shoot. I've actually had the pleasure of working with Louise Dyet before - she did Jill Jackson's make up for the DIVA Magazine cover feature we did last year. This time however, it was the make up artist herself who was in front of the camera. It was a very simple set up and most of the shoot was done only with a reflector (we also used softbox for a couple of head shots). It couldn't have gone better, we all had a good laugh and I'm rather pleased with the results.

Till next time then. Won't be long, I swear!
